Refund policy

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged or defective, simply contact us at seravi.help@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the product.

Wrong item received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will resend the correct product at no extra cost.

Change of mind returns If you simply changed your mind, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will evaluate each case individually and do our best to find a solution.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, used massagers cannot be returned. However, if the product is defective or damaged we will always offer a full replacement or refund.

Refunds Once your case is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
